Flote Terms and conditions

  1. Overview

Flote IoT gateway platform services.

Our platform can bridge the gap between the virtual and real worlds, with its dedicated hardware or virtually to any 3rd party services.

Our platform has many products using this platform, each may have specifics additions to the terms and conditions, these will be listed below in additions.

Amusement and vending machines, and any others machines using the same process. The platform connects any 3rd party host machine to the Flote server, allowing them to collects credit paid for by an end user, through a QR code or NFC tag and purchasing the merchants goods.

All transactions are using a 3rd party e commerce payment page with no app or registration for the user.

  1. Your data and privacy

We do not take any data from the user, other than the required amount to perform the transaction.

  1. 3rd party terms and conditions

Any 3rd party services to Flote, the user will be subject to their terms and conditions for their part of the process.

All transactions and movement of funds are via Payen and are covered under their Terms and Conditions at www.payen.com/terms-conditions/

  1. Purchases refund and chargebacks

Although we are confident in supplying the services and products that we offer, we cannot guarantee these 100%, for unforeseen circumstances affecting our platform and will not be liable for any costs occurred during this time, however, we will try our best to rectify any adverse situation.

We are not liable for any product or service supplied by a merchant, or any costs that amount from any failure to supply these services.

Where a product or service has not been received, the end user must first go to ‘refunds’ on the Flote.works website to gain a satisfactory conclusion with the 3rd party supplying the product or service.

If the end user raises a chargeback before the refund process is started or completed, then they may be liable for a £30 fee.

If a merchant does not gain a satisfactory conclusion to the refund request in a timely fashion, then a chargeback will be raised with a £30 fee payable. This could see their risk level raised, account suspended or even terminated.

  1. Merchants responsibilities

Merchants can only use our platform for its intended nature as laid out in the product descriptions, any other use is prohibited and could have you account suspended, terminated or even being reported the relevant authorities, for any unlawful use.

  1. Flote TnCs and updates notifications

Our terms and conditions will regularly be added to as further functions, services and products are added. We will only notify you of any changes that will affect your current service or we feel they could be relevant to you.

You agree that you will not copy or replicate any of the Flote.works Limited platform, process, look & feel of the products or any other part of Flote.works Limited. Any breach to this contract will be upheld by the law of England & Wales.
